Jessica X. Hennessey DNP, RN, PNP-CMPE

Senior Vice President, Clinical Business Development


Jessica leads the Clinical Business Development Team. She is responsible for implementing clinical integrations with the health plans and drives clinical innovation to meet client needs. In her previous role at ConsumerMedical, Jessica oversaw the Clinical Operations team. She is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and healthcare administrator with a track record of exceeding patient care standards through the strategic application of state-of-the-art technology, patient-focused service, and lean management practices. Prior to joining ConsumerMedical, Jessica held COO roles at New England Center for Healthy Minds, as well as Allergy West and Pediatrics West. Earlier in her career, she was CEO of Pediatric and Adolescent Health Associates.

Cindi A. Slater M.D., FACR

Senior Vice President, Medical Affairs

Dr. Cindi Slater leads our physician staff and is responsible for our clinical strategy. She received her M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Slater has been a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and practiced internal medicine and urgent care at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston for over 20 years.

Dr. Blobe is a Professor of Medicine, Pharmacology and Cancer Biology at Duke University and a medical oncologist specializing in gastrointestinal cancers. He’s received several research awards including a V Foundation Scholar Award, a Research Scholar Award from the American Cancer Society, and the Gertrude B. Elion Award for Cancer Research.

Madeline Gartner, M.D. is a general surgeon with extensive experience who has specialized in breast cancer and other breast issues for over 22 years in the Minneapolis area. She is now focusing on patient education and support, and has relocated to California. Dr Gartner received her M.D. from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago. She began her residency at Brown University and finished at the University of Minnesota, having followed her lab mentor there. The molecular biology of wound healing was the focus of her 4 years of research during residency. Dr. Gartner is passionate about learning, teaching, and communication.

Lawrence Byrd, M.D., FACP, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Medical College of Pennsylvania, trained at Rutgers and Cornell, and has been on the faculty at both. He has practiced nephrology and hypertension in New Jersey for many years, has published and taught in his areas of expertise. He enjoys the gratification of clinical problem solving in helping patients feel better.

Kristy Reinert, M.D. is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania. Her clinical interest is in the care of complex hospitalized patients and the medical co-management of patients undergoing surgery. During her Internal Medicine residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, she received the Elmer Hinton Award for outstanding physician-patient relationships. She also worked at Beth Israel Deaconess as a Primary Care Physician and an urgent care provider.

Nurse Educator, Clinical Quality Improvement

Maureen received her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College in 1991 and her Master of Science Degree from Northeastern University in 2002. She is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Maureen has over 25 years of nursing experience in multiple disciplines of direct patient care, including cancer care, intensive care, pediatrics, and primary care. Maureen has been involved in providing teaching and guidance to nursing students in undergraduate, as well as graduate programs and has acted as adjunct faculty for local nursing programs. Maureen joined the ConsumerMedical team in 2018.

Danielle is the Senior Director of Clinical Operations overseeing the Nurse, Research, and Support Ally teams. She is an Oncology Certified Nurse with over ten years of clinical experience in adult neurology and general oncology, as well as hospice, palliative care, and case management. Her role focuses on aligning clinical quality with existing systems to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to ConsumerMedical’s clients and participants. Prior to joining ConsumerMedical, Danielle held clinical and finance roles at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Partners Healthcare, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.

Beth Hamacher MHL, BSN, RN

Senior Director Clinical Operations

Beth is the Senior Director of Clinical Operations overseeing the Expert Medical Opinion Team. She has over 10 years of nursing experience working in a hospital setting, home care, and primary care. Beth’s area of expertise is in program implementation. She works closely with leadership, clinicians, nurses, and support staff to refine the delivery of clinical programs using proven quality improvement methodology. Beth focuses on the growth and expansion of ConsumerMedical’s Expert Medical Opinion Team. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, and a master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University.

Madhavi Kamireddi M.D.

Founding Medical Director at New England Center for Healthy Minds

Dr. Madhavi Kamireddi’s expertise is in Psychopharmacology with a special emphasis towards educating patients and parents about mental health illnesses and available treatment options to help them make informed choices. She completed her medical training in India and received her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery Degree degree at Lady Hardinge Medical College, followed by an M.D. in Medical Biochemistry at Maulana Azad Medical College. She completed the residency program in General Psychiatry and a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, New Hampshire. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Psychiatry with subspecialty certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. In 2011, Dr. Kamireddi was the recipient of the Massachusetts Medical Law Report’s RX for Excellence “Heroes in the Field” Award.

Kathia Lambert MSW, LICSW

Kathia Lambert is a Behavioral Health Ally at ConsumerMedical. Kathia received a Master in Social Work from Bridgewater State University and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Prior to working for ConsumerMedical, Kathia worked with the pervasive mentally ill and addiction, also known as the dual-diagnosed population, from a strength base perspective. Her primary focus has been on those with mood and/or anxiety disorders, as well as people managing grief and loss. She gravitates to therapeutic modalities that include CBT, DBT, and solution-focused and motivational interviewing. Prior to working at ConsumerMedical, Kathia worked at a health insurance company and managed a team of telephonic care partners who were also clinical social workers. She has worked both within both outpatient and healthcare settings.
